Ventilo Promoter and Admins:

I am looking for a main head to run the Ventrilo server and look for Admins to help keep it clean and an enjoyable place to get your game on. To qualify for the Ventrilo head you must be able to do the following:

• Know how to use the "User Editor"
• Come up with a set standard of rules with myself in meeting.
• Carry out those rules on the Ventrilo server.
• Be able to interview potential Ventrilo Admins
• Keep myself (DrJDredscythe) up to date on news through meetings when appropriate.
• Figure out ways to help promote the Ventrilo server.
• Most of all, be respectful of other site's rules, and always go through proper channels before posting!

General Site Promoter:

I am also looking for someone that can do research into new trends for the game (either through YouTube, Social Media, Contests, etc.) to help boost the website's exposure. Potential Promoters should know the following:

• Where the game is at a day to day state
• What news trends pull in the most views.
• Turn those trends for other sites into unique additions for all of the Diablo Expressions properties.
• Most of all, be respectful of other site's rules, and always go through proper channels before posting!

Article Writer:

Come up with original content about Diablo III, Blizzard Games, Blizzard itself, Gaming Trends, or the one off "Off-Topic" articles here or there.

• Articles can range from opinions to comparisons to critiques.
• Use images, YouTube videos, graphs, anything in your articles to help your point. Do not want straight wall of text.
• I'll expect at least one article a week on a consistent day of your choosing.

Articles will be posted by myself on the site. I will need a Word ".doc / .docx" from you properly formatted with all links, images, YouTube video links, spelt and grammar checked to be copied onto the site. Credit will be given to you naturally.

Responsibilities for ALL staff members:

• Come to ALL staff meetings. These will generally be held every twice a month to help maintain, guide, and build up the future of the site.
• Come to podcasts recordings to help build up the YouTube base and give another way for your voice to be heard out there. We want to have a fun time discussing Diablo III, but also on some off-topics. These will be once to twice a month.
• Have a presence on the Ventrilo serve. We cannot stress this enough. Be on when you can around RL matters to help and guide people.
• Be on the forums to help discussions and alert all moderators to any suspect content.
• Most important, have a tough skin, suggest ideas, and be willing to do research on possible future ideas. A site doesn't run well for long when just doing one project, but will when you think of the next project after it; tying them together. Independent thinking with team work is paramount.
